A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Note: It may take up to 6 business days for the tracking number to be activated and appear in the tracking system.

If you receive the wrong item, such as the wrong color, size, or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of what you received.

In these cases, we'll send you the correct item free of charge—you don't need to return the incorrect item.
