🚫 CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must include the order number or confirmation email

  • A valid reason for the return must be provided


📮 RETURN SHIPPING – TRACKED SERVICE REQUIRED

All returns must be shipped using a tracked postal service.
This protects both you and us.

  • Returns without tracking will not be accepted or refunded

  • Tracking details must be shared with our team after shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items (final sale – no refunds)

  • Swimwear, underwear, or earrings

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products


💳 REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 8–12 business days after receiving and approving the return

  • Using the original payment method

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the order was incorrect or the item defective.

⚠️ DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will resolve the problem quickly with a replacement.
Your legal rights under Italian consumer law remain valid.

Multiple orders of the same item:
If you order several copies of the same product, only one item is eligible for return. Additional identical items are not returnable.
